- 2024: Founding of MAKE Energy Partners GmbH together with Martin Schulz, the long-standing CEO of the Buss Energy Group
- 2017 – 2024: General Manager and COO of the Buss Energy Group for the expansion of the renewable energy division from 5 employees to more than 350 employees
- Establishment of Buss Terminal Eemshaven as the most important European port and project logistics provider for the installation of offshore wind projects
- Development of a diversified group of companies, including German market leadership in rotor blade services
- 2016 – 2017: Takeover of various management and executive functions in subsidiaries with majority and minority shares of the Buss Group (restructuring & focus on renewable energy)
- 2011 – 2015: Project manager and project lead for the Buss Group for industrial projects in the offshore wind energy sector, some projects in the gas sector (pipeline construction) and conventional port logistics
- Active in the renewable energy sector since 2011tig
- Education: Degree in logistics and technical business administration from HAW Hamburg and the University of Rhode Island, USA.
